Welcome to Yoga with Kev!
My classes are fun and inclusive. Each week will have a different theme focusing on a certain posture or body area, teaching and encouraging you to develop a full and well rounded personal yoga practice. Expect elements of vinyasa flow, traditional hatha yoga, pranayama and meditation in each class.
Everyone is welcome regardless of your experience, body shape or fitness levels. Yoga is accessible to everyone, all you need to practice yoga is your breath!
If you're looking for an activity that will improve strength, balance and flexibility, but also improve mental clarity, then yoga could be for you. Maybe you have suffered a sports injury, experience mental health issues, or just want to switch off for a while, then cultivating a regular yoga practice would be beneficial.
You might be a complete beginner, a seasoned yoga practitioner, or just looking to try something new with a great community, then come along to a class!
I am passionate about yoga and have experienced first hand its many benefits. I first started practicing yoga nearly ten years ago because of a persistent knee and hamstring injury and have not looked back since! Because of my commitment to a regular yoga practice my injuries are now long gone.
I have practised many types of yoga including, Hatha, Iyengar and Sivananda. But it’s the movement of Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow that I love and has become my daily practice.
